China is a communist country in the East Asia and it is most populated country in the world. China has a huge area that consist of grassland, desert, mountain ranges, lakes, rivers and seashores. The capital of China is Beijing that is a blend of modern architecture with historic sites just as Tiananmen Square, but Shanghai is the largest city. Similarly Great wall of China is another icon that is stretched from east-west across the country’s north. China is a big country and has many touring destinations and some of the destinations have historical values, some have fine classic landscapes and some have very colorful features. However, there are some other famous and historical cities which can be visited such as Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Guilin, Lijiang, Jiuzhaigou, Sanya, Tibet or Xinjiang. Great Wall of China
The Great Wall of China is the amazing wonder of world and it is listed in world Heritage by UNESCO in 1987. It looks like a huge dragon that covers a vast area ups and down across deserts, grasslands, mountains and plateaus. However, it stretches about 21,196 kilometers from the east to west region of China. The history of this great wall goes back to more than 2,000 years while some of the sections are ruins or disappeared. It is a great master piece of architecture and has a great history. The Ming Great Wall crosses nine provinces and municipalities, while Badaling is the most visited section and visitors influx reaches up to 70,000 per day. The Great wall of China has different heights in different places, but the average height is 7.88 meters and highest place is 14 meters high. Ancient Towns Visiting
There are many ancient towns in China and many of them are well protected and preserved having a traditional life patron. The most famous among these towns are Fenghuang in Hunan, Songpan in Sichuan, Pingyao in Shanxi and Lijiang in Yunnan. Moreover, ancient water towns are located near Shanghai. Zhujiajiao ancient town is a fantastic destination, here the visitors will find 36 ancient bridges, and traditional Chinese-style residences. Dianshan lake is largest water reservoir, which is famous for boating. The water towns are famous for folk art and crafts. Tongli water town is delta ancient water town, which is 30 minutes drive from Suzhou and it is called a mini Vinace. Wuzhen water town is also popular ancient water towns in China. Besides, this there are some other fantastic water towns in China like Xitang water town etc. All these ancients water towns are classic and beautiful as they were in past.
Silk Road Adventure
Silk road is a great international ancient trade passage-way from Xian in central China to Mediterranean area that has connected the civilizations and thus promoted the multi-interchange between East and West. This silk route passes from different types of lands such as Gobi deserts, vast grassland, high plateau, alpine mountains of Tianshan, Karakurum, Himalayans and other parts. There are various religions spread in this silk route and have some top attractions in the way of this trade passage. In the region of Xian Terracotta Army Warriors, the ancient city wall and Tang Dynasty Dance Show. In Lanzhou there is Labrang Monastery. In the region of Jiayuguan the visitors can watch Han Dynasty Great Wall. Dunhuang contains Dunhuang Mogao Caves, Sand Eco Mountain and Crescent Lake.
